The location of the hotel is convenient for those who like taking thermal waters. the staff is helpful and friendly, ready to accommodate the guests' requests. the comfort of the rooms is decent, and the breakfast is tasty and filling. Rooms have facilities like comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and pretty good views.
Some of the staff members are unprofessional and rude, leading to a negative experience for the guests.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a lovely view from the terrace on the top floor. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food was not bad either. a great experience.

We visited during Easter and had a lovely experience. the hotel provided Easter eggs in the rooms which was a nice touch. the spa facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the thermal pool and sauna. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and local thermal baths.
The food at the hotel restaurant was below average, with limited options that were not very fresh. Our room was a bit outdated and could have used a renovation, especially the bathroom.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. The location was key, close to everything we needed, and the spa services were top-notch. The thermal baths were a real treat, soothing away any holiday stress. Plus, the food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from.
The rooms were a bit too warm at first, but the helpful staff quickly resolved the issue. we were disappointed to find out that the hotel did not serve alcohol, which put a damper on our festive plans.
